This year's President's Project is Lifeline Hellas, also known as Γραμμή Ζωής. They are a nonprofit voluntary organization with a goal to design, implement, and support action programs in the direction of ensuring quality and dignified living for the elderly in Greece.

 

One of the main services that Lifeline Hellas has implemented is a Telenotification service, also known as the "red button." This service allows the elderly to communicate directly with Lifeline Hellas' Call Management Coordination Center by simply pressing a portable red button, 24/7, without having to move or dial a number.
