Delegate Registration
 

If you have not yet submitted your Delegate Reporting form, PLEASE do not register as a Delegate or Alternate.  Once your form is submitted you will receive a discount code so you will get the Delegate/Alternate price when you register.  If you are not reported as a delegate/alternate, you forfeit your vote.

 

Those who wish to register offline can download the form and send it to headquarters, the same deadline of June 26th applies for preregistration pricing.
