Pay your annual Maids of Athena Dues by filling out the form below.  Make sure to add any applicable fees.  Dues are currently $20 USD, and members will be charged an additional $2 USD to account for the payment processing fee associated with paying the dues online.  In total, you will be charged $22 per member.  This fee is the same for both US and International members.  If you would not like to pay this extra $2, you are welcome to pay dues to National Headquarters via a check or money order made out to Maids of Athena Grand Lodge and include a dues remittance form.
